How to solve VPC-100 PinCode Calculator activate error?

I got myself a VPC-100 PIN Code Calculator with 300(free online)+200(in the device) tokens last week. I posted it to activate according to the user manual. I first started the main unit of VPC100 PIN code calculator, and finished some important information like device ID, webkey and password by registering on the VPC100 official website. Next I registered my email account and name. I was required to input password and confirm it to continue operation. Following was to fill in the verification code (as picture below shows).

Everything went smoothly, it should be activate successfully as a rule. Somehow I met the problem below. A message reading “Email Error” popped out. And I lost in the program.

Several minutes later, I looked for help from a obd2 shop technical support. The engineer prompted me there were two possible reasons for the error:
1. I may fill in the wrong email address;
2. The email address can not be identified by the VPC100 wed site (www.VPC100.com)
Solution:
I. was advised to pay special attention to the webkey number because it is the password in its official website www.VPC100.com. I reviewed my email address and found I made a spelling mistake. The activation was succeeded after the address was corrected and other information checked.
