Price of Mangoose VCI Toyota V9.10.038 Cable (Chinese copy) has dropped to a bargain price of $39.99 with free freight. I bought one of the able two weeks ago. It was the cheapest I could find at that time.

My Mangoose Toyota cable arrived last Saturday came with the latest V9.10.038 software. The software is all safe to install and it loads up no problems on my Windows XP. Step 2- Open the disk and create a new document in any location on your computer HDD and name it as CarProg, for example in C:/CarProg/.
Step 3 - Copy all the files in Carprog Full V6.8 ECU chip tuning tool and paste them the new document.
Step 4 - Connect Carprog V6.8 interface to any USB port of your computer and install its drivers step by step.
Step 5 – Run CarProg.exe after the drivers are installed successfully.
Notice on installing Carprog Full V6.8 software:
1. Please do not use other software to work with the tool. The hardware can only work together with the software in the CD. Any damage caused by the use of other softwares is not in warranty.

BMW 335i key will not work, what to do?

My friend recommended you to me. There is something wrong with my E90 key, hopefully you can help me with it. So here is the thing, I bought a BMW 335i second hand recently, which came with one key which was not remote control. It is an original key ordered in the dealer but it cannot open the car. The dealer told me that the CAS module is not from that car. What can I do? Below is a pic of the key. I just want to open the car with the remote control. Any advice would be appreciated. It seems the CAS unit was replaced in your car. If so the money you paid to dealer is now wasted. You need a new key that fits your CAS. You need to by a blank key, and then you will need to borrow or buy a BMW key programmer or cable called BMW Multi Tool or other similar tools to add your virgin key to CAS EEPROM. Or you can find someone who has the tool to make a new key for you.
By the way, it seems that key in your photo is a valet key, which means possibly your car can be opened by someone else. You will also need to disable the old or lost keys.

How to solve link dead of GDS VCI diagnostic tool for Hyundai?

I have recently purchased clone GDS VCI auto diagnostic tool for Hyundai and Kia with the newest software version V15. I have posted it to linked to my laptop (I was allowed to only install on Win XP operating system and Local Disc C:/ require at least 30 GB free space) to the obd2 connector with the DVD. In this case, the DVD can help me store the GDS software on any laptop according to the manual. But my only result was to find there was no GDS link during the process.

I first need to start up disc to get the basic software installed. Then I need the misc disc as called out when it goes to the Internet update to bring the work up to update. I have that disc saved on my Dell 360 and get it worked on the Win XP system. After that, I need the GDS VCI @ approx $2000 and a dealer code (NDA001) to update online when the GDS program opened and pinged the internet server for version check. Next, I was required to download updates as they come down the pike. Finally, they'll decide whether another DVD disc is needed or not and then do update again automatically.
LOL, it just worked. So far, GDS VCI obd2 diagnostic tool was able to do perfect diagnosis for my Hyundai. It is a good purchase.

"Device not in use" MB Star Connect Compact C4 2014.05 diagnostic tool

I just got myself a 2014.05 MB Star Connect Compact C4 Benz diagnostic tool with Spanish version. However, I came across some problem when hooked it up to diagnose.
First, I posted it to diagnose my car. When I connected the C4 multiplexer to the Dell 360 by using the external software HDD with VMware player, the multiplexer displayed "Device not in use." But the multiplexer green light did turn on. I tried to connect the C4 to my Dell 360with network cable, but there was no connection at all. The SD card slot was empty. Then I connected through wireless communication, no WLAN on the external software HDD. Then I carried it out to do truck diagnose, failed again.


An error fault (1.1)-1.501.9887 note popped out with three possible causes:
1 The link between the diagnosis multiplexer and the diagnostic socket is interrupted.
2 The link between the diagnosis multiplexer and the diagnostic unit is interrupted
3 The voltage supply at the diagnostic socket (circuit 30 and (or) circuit 32) is faulty

I quickly seek help to the technical support of the a obd2 shop (where I buy the MB SD C4). The engineer analyzed the problem due to the third cause. I was suggested to reset the IP address in Windows XP network connection. Because SD is using static IP address hence I need to change the IP in order to carry out wireless connection.
I did follow their instructions. The SD icon showed number 5 with an open padlock. Xentry and DAS software worked well immediately. Go so far as to multiplexer took me more time to display nice. Although met tiny problem, overall I still recommended MB Star C4 Benz diagnostic tool.
