What’s Adblue Emulator Module used for?

A mechanic asked me what was Adblue Emulator Module kit and what could he do with the tool. Adblue, which is also known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid, is an Aqueous Urea Solution made with 32.5% high-purity urea (AUS 32) and 67.5% deionized water according to Wikipedia.

The obd2 tool is designed to disable Adblue system used in trucks, buses and other heavy vehicles with EURO 4/5 exhaust emission rates, especially those made by Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Scania, Iveco, DAF, Volvo and Renault. And the car drivers and mechanics can then start the car in emergency.
