Price of Mangoose VCI Toyota V9.10.038 Cable (Chinese copy) has dropped to a bargain price of $39.99 with free freight. I bought one of the able two weeks ago. It was the cheapest I could find at that time.

My Mangoose Toyota cable arrived last Saturday came with the latest V9.10.038 software. The software is all safe to install and it loads up no problems on my Windows XP. According to supplier, it also works on Vista (32 or 64 bit) and Win 7 (32 or 64 bit). I have not tried it on the other two systems.

About function, I was told it highlights TECHSTREAM diagnostics and flash reprogramming functions. Tested it straightly on my 2010 Corolla S when I got it. It communicated to my car soon after they hooked up. Then I successfully diagnosed my engine and abs system with it.

About its quality and ability, the tool seems solid. It is a lot cheaper than the original product but works well as well.

How to setup Carprog Full V6.8?

Step 1- Insert the CD that comes with Carprog Full V6.8 into your computer.

Step 2- Open the disk and create a new document in any location on your computer HDD and name it as CarProg, for example in C:/CarProg/.
Step 3 - Copy all the files in Carprog Full V6.8 ECU chip tuning tool and paste them the new document.
Step 4 - Connect Carprog V6.8 interface to any USB port of your computer and install its drivers step by step.
Step 5 – Run CarProg.exe after the drivers are installed successfully.
Notice on installing Carprog Full V6.8 software:
1. Please do not use other software to work with the tool. The hardware can only work together with the software in the CD. Any damage caused by the use of other softwares is not in warranty.
2. Please connect to network to update the software after installation. If you update it, MCU in the interface will be damaged. The damage is also not in warranty.

BMW 335i key will not work, what to do?

My friend recommended you to me. There is something wrong with my E90 key, hopefully you can help me with it. So here is the thing, I bought a BMW 335i second hand recently, which came with one key which was not remote control. It is an original key ordered in the dealer but it cannot open the car. The dealer told me that the CAS module is not from that car. What can I do? Below is a pic of the key. I just want to open the car with the remote control. Any advice would be appreciated. It seems the CAS unit was replaced in your car. If so the money you paid to dealer is now wasted. You need a new key that fits your CAS. You need to by a blank key, and then you will need to borrow or buy a BMW key programmer or cable called BMW Multi Tool or other similar tools to add your virgin key to CAS EEPROM. Or you can find someone who has the tool to make a new key for you.
By the way, it seems that key in your photo is a valet key, which means possibly your car can be opened by someone else. You will also need to disable the old or lost keys.
