Tacho Pro 2008: A Painful Awakening

I planned on selling my 10 year-old car in order to purchase an automatic washing machine for my wife to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I decided to lower the mileage for a better price. I bought a mileage programmer for US﹩186 from Canada, However, I found I was deceived in this business deal. The device has not once read accurately on my eeprom or OBD2. It always shown the same current mileage and can not be changed any longer. I never tried to communicate with my car successfully. It is completely made me upset.
