About the V57, you should put T30 hard disk into IBM T30 laptop and then start the computer and wait for 2 seconds until the DIS system appears you can diagnose your car.

About the SSS V39,you should start the computer first and then open the software, when the screen appears the following words:”F1.BMW DIS V57” ”F2.BMW SSS V39”  you should press F2, the computer will go to SSS V39.

Why the item can not work after installing the OPS software?
That maybe for the following reason:
1. You have not turn off the anti-virus software
It is very necessary to be sure to disable anti-virus software, that will disable the software of the OPS.
2. The operate system is not windows XP
The OPS device software and program will be destroyed or fail to work if the operate system is not windows XP
3. Misunderstand the pictures on the screen
The OPS has a self test function, when you open it, it will test automatically, and may appear the following pictures, but that does not mean the item is not work, you have to connect the car.
